Biography

Zach’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation. He helps clients navigate all phases of the litigation process from the investigatory process and claim analysis through final disposition. Prior to joining the firm, Zach spent nearly four years working for the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office where he obtained extensive, first-hand investigation and trial experience. Zach earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law where he served as both a Staff Writer and the Publications Research Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review.
