Tyler concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and surety law, including litigation, contract preparation, review and negotiation, and general construction advice to all participants in the construction industry. Tyler has experience assisting architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners in a wide range of design and construction litigation related matters, including construction and design defect claims, professional negligence claims, and lien claims. Tyler is a frequent speaker on construction topics and has lectured and written on various construction industry topics.
