Tyler was formally an associate at a nationally recognized law firm devoted entirely to the transportation industry. His experience includes a vast array of regulatory compliance, transportation-related contract drafting and negotiation, independent contractor issues, air cargo compliance, litigation of cargo claims, freight charge collection, and defense against Federal Leasing Regulation violations.
Tyler also has unique experience in helping clients navigate regulatory hurdles associated with the implementation of autonomous vehicles and other emerging technologies.
