Tyler’s practice is focused on providing legal counsel to regulated business entities with an emphasis on the insurance industry and related compliance matters. He takes a hands-on approach helping clients with insurance regulation, risk management, travel insurance regulation and service contracts. He also has a wide breadth of experience in the courtroom, which he leverages to provide his clients with practical advice. He won his first solo jury trial, briefed and won an appeal overturning a lower court decision with the Kentucky Court of Appeals, and prepared an amicus brief for the Supreme Court of Kentucky on an insurance related issue.
As a law student at the University of Kentucky, Tyler served on the Moot Court Board, the Trial Advocacy Board, and received the Cali award (highest grade) for his Contracts II class.
