Sydney practices in the firm’s Louisville office and is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and Finance Industry Team. Sydney represents borrowers, developers, owners and lenders. She has experience in financing, purchasing, selling and developing multifamily, industrial, retail, commercial and mixed-use properties nationwide.
Sydney graduated from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law with summa cum laude honors. During her time in law school, Sydney was a member of Law Review, and she also participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic where she represented start-up companies. Prior to attending law school, Sydney attended Bellarmine University where she was a four-year collegiate track and field athlete.
