Biography

Steve is an experienced construction and real estate attorney whose practice focuses on the development of commercial and industrial properties. Steve represents a wide range of project participants in complex commercial transactions, including owners, developers, construction managers, design professionals, EPC firms, and general contractors. He is known for providing tailored advice and strategic counsel to decision-makers throughout all project phases, providing counsel on their contractual rights and obligations and guidance to mitigate risks and avoid conflicts. Should disputes arise, Steve has extensive experience in the negotiation and disposition of the same, providing counsel to assist clients in preparing for and achieving a preferred outcome.

Steve’s prior experience included the litigation and arbitration of high-stakes design and construction disputes. He has litigated disputes relating to all aspects of the design and construction of complex construction projects, including claims of breach of contract, delay, design, defective work, and property damage.
