Biography

Shannon Keene Martin is an Associate in the firm’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group. She is a litigator who focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury defense, premises liability, forcible detainer, products liability, toxic tort, and contract disputes. With a focus on complex civil litigation, Shannon is adept at navigating the intricacies of the legal system to achieve optimal results for clients. Shannon manages her case load through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, motion practice, adversarial hearings, and trial. Shannon is also a member of the firm’s Manufacturing Industry Team.

Shannon earned her undergraduate degree from Centre College and graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. She was awarded the Antonin Scalia Most Outstanding Law Student Award as well as the National Association of Women Lawyers Most Outstanding Law Student Award.
