Biography

Shannon is an associate with experience in real estate, corporate and tax experience focusing on financing multifamily, commercial and mixed-use properties. Shannon primarily advises investors and developers in structuring and closing new construction and rehabilitation tax credits, energy tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and local financing and incentives.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Shannon was an Associate with Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. She received her JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2019, where she served as Notes Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal.
