Sean is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group, where he focuses his practice primarily on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and angel investors. Sean has experience counseling clients on equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance matters.
