Biography

Sarah is a seasoned paralegal who specializes in employment-based immigration. She oversees a wide range of employment-based immigration cases and visas, including B-1, E-1, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, L blanket, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, P, TN and J-1 waiver applications. Sarah also assists in clients seeking permanent residence with a variety of I-140 petitions, including extraordinary ability (EB-1A), outstanding researchers or professors (EB-1B), National Interest Waiver, and Schedule A. She further aids the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process and coordinates adjustment of status and citizenship applications for clients.

Prior to joining FBT Sarah worked at a high-volume immigration firm handling diverse cases such as employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, fiancé visas, immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, student visa compliance, request for evidence and citizenship & naturalization.
