Sam is an Associate in FBT’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group, where he concentrates on complex litigation involving insurance bad faith, premises liability, transportation, and products liability. His experience includes guiding cases from initial investigation through resolution, with a focus on risk assessment, discovery management, and advocacy in both state and federal courts.
Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Sam worked for a Kentucky civil defense firm where he developed a strong legal foundation. While in law school, he interned for Mercedes-Benz U.S. International and the Honorable Judge L. Scott Coogler for the Northern District of Alabama.
Sam earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as a student ambassador and as Articles Editor for the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. Prior to law school, Sam graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies.
