Ryan is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. He regularly handles administrative matters involving charges of discrimination, unfair labor practices, and OSHA enforcement. He represents employers in a broad range of labor & employment matters, including federal and state litigation, arbitrations and administrative proceedings concerning claims of wrongful termination, employment discrimination and retaliation, unfair labor practices, wage and hour violations, and various other employment-related claims.
Ryan closely collaborates with startups and small companies, offering specialized legal assistance tailored to their unique needs. He provides guidance on personnel policies and concerns to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Additionally, he assists clients with other aspects of the employer-employee relationship such as handbooks, workplace investigations, non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements, and other personnel policies and concerns.
