Bobby’s practices focuses on finding solutions for local governments in land use, zoning, and other real estate litigation matters. He handles litigation that improves the quality of life for local residents, neighbors, and communities. Bobby regularly pursues public nuisance litigation against problem properties or problem property owners on behalf of local governments.
In addition to litigation matters, Bobby also advises political subdivisions on amending their zoning codes. Bobby has worked on a variety of zoning and land use issues including the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA0, and the Religious Freedom Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA).
Prior to law school, Bobby was a math teacher and football coach at Oakwood High School. He prides himself on his work ethic and ability to build relationships with others.
