Raven’s practice at FBT focuses on supporting companies with technology transactions and compliance programs related to data privacy, AI, fintech, and licensing in the Data, Digital Assets & Technology (DDAT) practice group. With education in both in law and economics, she closely monitors fast-developing, technical topics from AI governance and data privacy legislation to EFTA procedures and blockchain regulatory frameworks. Raven began her career at FBT as a candidate in the Summer Associate Program and returned as a Legal Intern while completing her Kentucky State Bar Exam.
Prior to joining FBT, Raven counseled university-affiliated startups on trademark clearance and filing strategy during clinic, giving her a builder’s perspective on brand protection. She also served as a legal writing & analysis teaching assistant and taught legal research & writing to LLMs while earning her J.D. Raven was also selected for a law firm internship in Beijing, China where she led a community outreach initiative to promote legal literacy and aid migrant workers and other underrepresented group.
Raven is fluent in Mandarin.
