Rachel is a Paralegal in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group. Rachel employees excellent research, writing and presentation of all aspects of bankruptcy cases to include cases filed under Chapter 7, 11, and 13, also including consumer debt and collections matters. Rachel assists with drafting bankruptcy petitions, proofs of claims, objections to plans, motions for relief, complaints, and other various pleadings. Additionally, she is experienced in various jurisdictions and emphasizes her researching abilities and following bankruptcy codes, and local bankruptcy rules. Her results-oriented approach brings motivation to present the best outcome of client’s goals and her willingness to go the extra mile.
Rachel has over 12 years of law firm experience, and in addition to her bankruptcy skills her experience includes a wide range litigation skills including but not limited to drafting and filing various pleadings throughout the longevity of a case, trial preparation, initial case assessments, retaining experts and managing cost shares with multiple co-defendants, medical record requests/review/indexing and coordinating deposition schedules with plaintiffs and defense counsel. These skills are also at a multi-jurisdiction level to include Supreme Court, Superior Court, District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Bankruptcy Appellate Courts, and State Courts.
Rachel assists the group with general creditor and debtor representation, corporate restructurings and collections.
