Biography

Quentin focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, sales, and representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions. Quentin also represents clients on general corporate and business law matters, including entity formation and the drafting and negotiation of governing organizational documents. During law school, Quentin interned and summered at one of the countries largest REIT’s. Quentin worked at the firm as a Law Clerk in the spring of 2022.
