Biography

Peyton works in the Louisville office as part of the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) group. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2025, where she was an active member of Moot Court and received the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral and written advocacy. During law school, Peyton also participated in the Small Business Clinic, assisting entrepreneurs in Northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area with creating and organizing their businesses.

Peyton is a 2022 graduate of UNC Asheville, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, cum laude, with distinction in her major. She was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, and was a member of the university’s Division I volleyball team.
