With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, project management, shared services and IT transformation, Peter has deep experience in private equity and energy industries, specifically within the utilities and oil and gas sectors.

Having worked with many Fortune 500 companies, Peter brings significant value to teams by primarily focusing on the deployment and development of professionals to drive successful business strategies. He has a successful track record of forming, building, mentoring and sustaining professional services operations and has been recognized for his ability to grow businesses in the professional services sector. Prior Work Experience

FTI Consulting – Lead the Business Development Practice within the FTI Corporate Finance sector. Peter led successful Engagements at Vistra Energy, Texas 2036 and Cogentrix Energy Power Management., he also worked very closely with the private equity sector assisting with Pre & Post transaction integration and transaction due diligence.

Independent Consultant – Peter worked with several private equity-sponsored mid-stream/range Texas-based energy companies to assist in the formation of their strategy around shared services support organizations.

Vice President and Energy Industry Leader of Expert Global Solutions until it was sold to Allorica, Inc.

Held senior positions at IBM, Dell Services, HP Services and EDS Corporation.

Political Appointee to the Overseas Private Investment Corporation during the George H. W. Bush administration.
