Noah Tallman is an Associate in FBT’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group. Before joining the firm, Noah participated in FBT’s summer associate program in 2023. Prior to FBT, Noah served as a Judicial Extern at Johnson County Superior Court 1, where he drafted proposed orders, conducted legal research, and assisted with case management. In college, Noah worked in the Indiana House of Representatives where he facilitated communication between the state and its constituents, resolved complex constituent issues, researched legislation, and supported policy staff.
At the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law Noah competed in its 2022 Staton Moot Court Competition, where he made Order of the Barristers, won the “Best Brief” award, and was a finalist in the championship round of the Barrister’s Tournament that took place in Indiana’s Supreme Court. Noah later served on Moot Court’s Executive board as the Assistant Chief Justice of the Staton Competition, where he managed the 2023 competition. Noah was also a part of Indiana Law Review as both a Note Candidate in 2022 and as an Associate Editor in 2023. He was inducted into Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and awarded several merit-based scholarships.
Noah graduated cum laude from Franklin College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History. During his undergraduate studies he was on Franklin’s Collegiate Swim Team all four years, competed in multiple Moot Court competitions, and was a member of the Pre-Law Club, Student Foundation, and Franklin College Across the Aisle. He conducted research in history and political science, contributed to the installation of a state historic marker, received several awards, and was inducted into three different honors societies
