Biography

Nicole focuses her practice on securities compliance, business combinations, investment fund management, and corporate governance matters. She regularly advises public companies on disclosure issues and capital transactions. She also has substantial experience counseling start-up and development stage companies in structuring venture capital and private equity investments.

During her time in law school, Nicole participated in the Washington University Law Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she advised startups and public interest entities on a variety of issues, including formation and corporate governance matters.
