Biography

Nicole focuses her practice on condemnation matters and other real property disputes. She primarily represents condemning authorities and landowners throughout Texas, helping condemning authorities acquire property for various public purposes, and assisting individual landowners with government acquisition of private property for infrastructure needs.  In so doing, she negotiates all documentation necessary for land acquisition, disposition, and use as well as initiates litigation, including condemnation proceedings, and defends existing property rights as disputes arise.  Whether she is serving as a fierce advocate in the courtroom or negotiating practical compromises to solve disputes before litigation, Nicole is a source of reliability under pressure for her clients.
