Biography

Nadeen is a dedicated trust and estate attorney. With a focus on trust litigation and administration, Nadeen is eager to bring her skills and knowledge to help clients navigate complex legal matters.

Nadeen offers valuable support to her clients in trust disputes and trust administration matters. The trusts she has worked with frequently involve family-owned businesses and business interests, commercial and residential real estate holdings, complex investment portfolios, and other non-cash assets.

Nadeen brings a unique skillset to her clients, with experience in post-mortem planning and administration of trusts following the death of a settlor. She has worked with numerous clients in the administration of both revocable and irrevocable trusts, as well as handling the probate of estates. Throughout the process, from the initial notifications of a trustor’s death to the final distribution to the beneficiaries, Nadeen is dedicated to guiding families every step of the way and ensuring the settlor’s intent is fulfilled while minimizing any potential tax impact on the beneficiaries
