Miranda focuses her practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private funds and a broad range of transactional matters. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Miranda served as a law clerk to the Honorable Neil W. Bason of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Miranda graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. While in law school she held a variety of executive board and other leadership positions, including Production Editor of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law, as well as Team Captain of the Moot Court National Team. During law school, Miranda also served as both a teaching assistant and a research assistant, assisted in founding the law school’s Mental Health Committee and was an active member of numerous organizations, including the Women’s Law Caucus and the Business Law Society.
