Michael focuses his practice on assisting private and government entities in various real estate matters including property acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and management. Michael has experience coordinating title and survey work and negotiating and drafting contracts involving shopping center, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use and warehouse space.
Prior to joining FBT, Michael served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John E. Hoffman, Jr. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio and as a Summer Law Clerk with the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office. Michael graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served on the Ohio State Law Journal and provided transactional legal services in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic.
