Lisha has worked as an estate planning and administration paralegal for over 12 years. She prepares probate documents and estate tax returns, drafts Deeds and transfer documents, prepares and submits insurance claims and change of beneficiary and ownership forms. She also assists with real estate matters such as title searches and updating and recording of Deeds and Mortgages. She has experience with bankrupt and insolvent estates and has assisted with estate litigation. She also creates corporate entities for estate planning clients.
Lisha has been a paralegal at Frost Brown Todd since November 1, 2000. Prior to coming here, she was a paralegal at Vimont & Wills, PLLC for 2 years with concentrations in estate planning and administration and real estate. She also completed her college externship and worked as a paralegal and mortgage loan processor at Consolidated Mortgage Company.
