Kevin is a partner in the firm’s litigation group. He has more than fifteen years of experience helping clients navigate complex civil litigation. He has a broad practice, with a focus on business torts, breach-of-contract claims, trade-secret violations and other unfair-competition claims, creditors’-rights claims, and claims involving secured transactions and other Uniform Commercial Code issues. He also has a significant real-estate litigation practice. He has appeared in courts throughout Ohio and around the country and has handled all phases of litigation, from motion practice to bench and jury trials to briefing and arguing appeals.
Kevin’s clients come from a range of industries and market segments. He has represented small and large banks, court-appointed receivers, major national franchisors, large public corporations, and private, family-owned businesses.
Kevin is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and spends a lot of time each year representing pro-bono clients. He is a member of the local advisory board for Junior Achievement of greater Cincinnati and a former chair of the Cincinnati office’s Community Outreach Committee.
