Kevin is a partner in the business litigation group. In his nearly twenty years as a lawyer he has developed a broad litigation practice. His main focus is on business torts, claims for breach of contract, trade-secret misappropriation, non-compete violations, and creditor’s rights, including cases involving interpretation and application of the Uniform Commercial Code. He also has significant experience in real estate law and has represented mortgage lenders, court-appointed receivers, and commercial and residential realtors. He was named to the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in America for real estate litigation.
Kevin is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and a former chair of the Cincinnati office’s Community Outreach Committee. He regularly represents pro bono clients and for many years has helped coach local high school mock trial teams.
