Biography

Kevin Harkins is a Partner in Frost Brown Todd’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group, based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. With almost four decades of experience, Kevin represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including global supply chain disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial products liability, and estates and trust litigation. He is recognized for his strategic advocacy and deep experience in navigating high-stakes civil litigation, delivering practical solutions and exceptional results for manufacturers, insurers, family offices, and businesses across diverse industries.

In addition to his practice, Kevin serves as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a role he has held for almost 20 years. His commitment to legal education and mentorship has shaped the next generation of trial lawyers.
