Biography

Kelly focuses her practice in the areas of commercial finance and real estate. She routinely represents and assists lenders and borrowers with commercial real estate and construction loans. Her practice primarily involves the review, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents as well as the review and negotiation of title, survey and zoning matters.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Kelly practiced at another of Lexington’s largest law firms, focusing on commercial finance and general business matters. Kelly earned her B.A. from Wake Forest University and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg School of Law.
