Josh concentrates his practice in the area of construction and surety law, including litigation, contract preparation, review and negotiation, claims avoidance and general construction advice. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Josh served as a general practice attorney at another law firm and a law clerk for the Indiana Office of the Attorney General, the Honorable David J. Certo, and the Office of the Assistant Chief Counsel for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Josh graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2013. While in law school, he was an editor for the Journal of College and University Law. Josh graduated first in his class from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2010 with a degree in Sport Management, along with minors in Business and Legal Studies.
