Biography

Jonathan works with clients on all things real estate. He focuses on analyzing and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and coordinating due diligence. He has experience supporting successful representation of borrowers, developers, and lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

Jonathan earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided legal services to business owners enrolled at Kentucky universities, with a focus on entity formation, drafting operating agreements, and facilitating asset assignments. Jonathan also developed his advocacy skills through moot court, where his team achieved national runner-up honors at the Wagner Moot Court Competition.

Before law school, Jonathan graduated from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
