Joe is an Associate in our Government Services practice group, previously working as a Summer Associate at FBT. He is passionate about helping public and private entities navigate complex government issues, including compliance with Ohio statutes and regulations, litigation, legislative drafting, and economic development.
Before law school, Joe worked extensively in state and federal government and politics. His experience includes serving as the Personal Aide to Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, Grassroots Director for Bob Gibbs for Congress, and internships with U.S. Senator Rob Portman and Congressman Bob Gibbs. These experiences give Joe a unique perspective when helping clients deal with government policies and procedures.
Joe graduated with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, he served as a Managing Editor on the Ohio State Law Journal and externed for Judge Michael H. Watson at the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. When he is not serving clients, Joe enjoys golf, CrossFit, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, and Cincinnati Reds.
