Biography

Janelle is an associate in the Corporate Law practice group, where she assists private and publicly held companies with a wide variety of corporate transactions. She earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022. While in law school, she merged her undergraduate background in environmental science with the legal field through an externship with Greater Cincinnati Water Works, where she focused her efforts on the Lead Awareness Program. Janelle completed an independent research project with a professor that led to a publication in the Boston University Law Review and was also a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.

Prior to law school, Janelle earned her bachelor’s degree in BioRenewable Systems from Penn State University.
