Jacob is an associate in the firm’s Construction Group focusing his practice on all aspects of construction law, including general advice and project counseling, contract preparation, review and negotiation, as well as litigation.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Jacob’s practice comprised of general business litigation, covenant not-to-compete litigation, shareholder disputes, commercial real estate litigation, private real estate ADR, and construction disputes between contractors. His experience includes all stages of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, adversarial hearings, motion practice, and jury trials.
