With prior experience as an Indiana life and health insurance licensee and his studies in finance and business, Jack focuses his time working with Frost Brown Todd’s insurance regulatory clients and other clients with general corporate transactional needs. From traditional insurance (health, life, P&C, etc.) to “quasi-insurance” (extended warranty/service contracts), Jack focuses on understanding a client’s business, goals, and their risks and pressure points so that he can adequately advise them how to successfully navigate the complex (and often hazy grey) insurance regulatory realm and compliance requirements across the nation based on their operational needs.
Additionally, Jack assists the Business Combination and Capital Transactions practice group, and the Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry teams and their clients by helping review various vendor contracts, commercial leases, assignment of contracts, and other issues and questions related to insurance coverages and certificates whether as an additional insured or a primary policyholder.
As a student-athlete at Indiana University, Jack was the co-captain of the men’s soccer program and helped lead the team to the NCAA Division I national championship in 2017. After graduation, he founded Hoosier Soccer Training to provide individual and group training sessions focused on technical development and an understanding of the game of soccer for players of all ages, especially high school students.
In sports and in his legal career, Jack has a mental toughness that enables him to help clients navigate and overcome their legal challenges.
