Francis focuses on regulatory compliance, transactional, and corporate law matters in the healthcare industry. Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Francis earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law with a Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills. While in law school, he served as a managing editor for Emory Bankruptcy Development Journal and externed for Judge Thompson of Fayette County State Court. Francis also has an accounting qualification issued by Association of Chartered Certified Accountant which is an international accounting body based in London.
