Holly is an accomplished corporate and trust litigation attorney with extensive legal experience in the United States and the Middle East. She brings a strong background in complex business litigation representing clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, technology, energy, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Holly has successfully resolved disputes in California state courts, and arbitration proceedings under the auspices of leading international arbitration centers including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague. Holly leads all phases of the litigation and arbitration process, from initial strategy to resolution. Recognized for her negotiation skills, Holly consistently obtains favorable settlements for clients in mediation proceedings.
Holly skillfully leads all phases of litigation with a client centered approach. She routinely represents corporate officers and trustees in disputes involving allegations of self-dealing, breaches of fiduciary duty, mismanagement of assets and failures in trust or corporate accounting.
Apart from litigation, Holly provides strategic counsel on domestic and cross-border transactions, private wealth preservation, and sophisticated legal structures. She regularly advises corporate boards and executives on fiduciary duties, corporate governance and contractual matters, delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Holly has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting legal documents, including memoranda of understanding (MoUs), sale & purchase agreements, joint venture agreements (JVs), shareholders agreements, letters of interest (LOIs), licensing and technology transfer, agency and distribution agreements, hotel management agreements (HMAs) and foundation charters in compliance with relevant regulations.
Holly advises corporate clients and trustees on optimal corporate and trust structures to advance her clients’ business interests and regularly advises on matters including establishment of trusts, foundations, holding companies, and special purpose vehicles, in domestic and international jurisdictions.
Additionally, Holly is a certified Islamic Law Arbitrator with domain expertise in Islamic financial instruments (Ijarah/lease, Murabah/cost-plus, Musharakah/partnership).
Represented Trustee managing $50 million in trust assets and successfully:
Secured a $2 million settlement and a $2.8 million judgment in favor of client in financial fraud and breach of contract case
Resolved a $30 million dispute among beneficiaries, securing dismissal of all claims against Trustee and prevented the Trustee’s removal
Secured a $20 million settlement and $18,000 monthly rental revenue for client in a corporate breach of fiduciary case, while successfully defending against beneficiary claims to invalidate trust instrument
