Ha is an associate in the Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group in the Louisville office of Frost Brown Todd. She serves on the Franchise & Distribution team, which is a collaborative, cross-disciplinary group that provides legal services and counsel through a deep understanding of the business challenges and opportunities unique to the franchise industry.
Ha regularly assists franchisors with the development and registration of franchise disclosure documents and other FTC Amended Franchise Rule compliance issues. She also negotiates a wide range of commercial transactions for franchisors, purchasing co-operatives, retailers, and brand owners.
Ha earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude. During her time at law school, Ha served as the President and Public Relations Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus, Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and Senator of the Student Government Association. Additionally, she was a Fellow for the Human Rights Advocacy Program, an Assistant for the Office of Student Affairs and Diversity, and a Member of the Journal of Law and Education.
