Greg’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel to privately held companies of all sizes, advising business owners, directors, and officers on the legal aspects of a variety of operational and governance issues. Greg also works with startup companies in all phases, from entity planning and formation to fundraising and exit transactions. He is also a member of the International Services Group.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Greg gained experience litigating complex commercial matters. During law school, he was the Executive Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and he worked as a Judicial Extern to the Hon. Michael R. Barrett (U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio). Greg was also a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team, an international competition among law schools around the world, where he won the 2021 Neil A. Kaplan Award for Best Individual Oral Advocate.
