Biography

Fiona is an associate whose practice focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies across a range of industries, with particular experience in software and trade-related sectors.

Fiona has advised on numerous high-volume deals, bringing deep experience in stock and asset purchases, mergers, and a broad spectrum of commercial transactions. Her work includes structuring complex transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating key deal documents.

In addition to transactional work, Fiona provides practical guidance to corporate clients on organizational and operational matters, including corporate governance, entity structuring, and commercial contract review. She also counsels emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and angel investors throughout the business lifecycle—from formation and financing to strategic exits—offering tailored advice on venture financings, M&A, and day-to-day business operations.
