Biography

Evan is a member of FBT’s Business & Commercial Litigation practice group where he regularly handles matters related to contract disputes, shareholder & director disputes, non-competes, and FINRA arbitration.  He also has experience representing clients in product liability and tort cases involving serious injury and wrongful death related to construction equipment and tools, industrial machinery, automobiles, and other consumer products.

Prior to joining FBT, Evan regularly appeared in federal courts throughout the country representing a “big three” consumer reporting agency in matters related to violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related state consumer protection statutes.

Evan received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he received a Corporate and Commercial Law Graduate Certificate and served on the Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition Board.
