Biography

Eric Coglianese is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Prior to joining FBT, he spent several years at a national litigation firm, practicing in a wide variety of insurance defense matters. In this role, Eric regularly counseled clients through all stages of their matters, from initial investigation and filings through resolution. Eric has counseled clients regarding complex non-compete issues as well as handled non-compete litigation.

During law school, Eric spent time as a law clerk for a plaintiff wage and hour firm where Eric assisted with various Fair Labor Standards Act issues. Eric was also awarded Best Brief at the Herman Moot Court Competition and received a CALI award for excellence in Appellate Advocacy while attending law school.

Eric earned his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Xavier University.
