Elizabeth is an Associate in the Commercial Finance Practice Group. Elizabeth’s practice focuses primarily on asset-based lending, commercial and industrial financing, SBA lending, and commercial real estate and construction finance. Elizabeth also represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing for retail and shopping centers.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor on the University of Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, Elizabeth interned for GE Aerospace and Colibrium Additive, a GE Aerospace company engaged in advanced additive manufacturing. At GE, she gained valuable experience supporting a sophisticated international legal team in regulatory and technology matters, as well as a number of other practice areas. Elizabeth also has broad industry experience, having worked in the fashion industry as a merchandiser for an international lifestyle brand owned by Ralph Lauren.
