Edward focuses his practice on corporate finance and governance matters for emerging and mature private/public companies. His experience includes representation of technology, energy, and health care companies in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions. He also works with companies on their general compliance matters and commercial transactions.
Prior to his time at Frost Brown Todd, Edward earned his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and his Juris Doctor from Drexel University. While in school, Edward was the president of the business law society and interned as a summer clerk for the United States District Court of Western Pennsylvania and ING Direct in Wilmington, Delaware. After school, Edward has experience practicing law at both an AM Law 200 law firm and a large boutique regional law firm.
