Dylan is an Associate in the Product, Tort, and Insurance Litigation Practice Group at Frost Brown Todd. Dylan’s experience includes defending bad faith cases for major insurance carriers and reviewing insurance coverage matters. Dylan is also heavily involved in the Business Litigation group at the Firm.
During his time in law school, Dylan served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and was also a member of the United States Supreme Court Clinic. During his time in the Supreme Court Clinic, the Clinic was granted oral argument before the Fourth and Sixth Circuits.
Post Law School, Dylan served as a Law Clerk for Chief Judge Thomas E. Scarr on the Intermediate Court of Appeals for two years. During Dylan’s time there he handled a wide variety of cases, ranging from family law, workers’ compensation, to anything civil related.
