Biography

David focuses his practice on tailoring the optimal estate plan for every client. Having previously worked at a smaller estate planning practice near Dayton, David engaged clients from all different walks of life, from high net-worth individuals striving to shield their assets from taxation, to clients in hospice facilities or nursing homes needing emergency services desperately needed to provide them some peace of mind. No matter the circumstances, David’s goal is to treat every client with the respect and empathy they deserve, while using his legal knowledge to fine-tune the estate plan that best matches their goals. David has experience in implementing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, generation-skipping trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives, as well as modifying preexisting estate plans.
