Biography

Clarissa is a managing associate in the Corporate Law practice group. She assists corporate clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and capital and finance transactions. She also regularly assists clients with forming new businesses, restructuring existing partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, nonprofit corporations and professional corporations, and executing fundraising transactions. Additionally, Clarissa provides guidance to corporate clients in general business operational matters, including corporate governance, general contracts, business succession planning and business strategy.
