Caleb is an Associate in the Data, Digital Assets & Technology practice group. He graduated from Belmont University College of Law, where he earned a Certificate in Entertainment Law and Music Business. Previously, Caleb was a Summer Associate at Frost Brown Todd. Prior to joining the firm, Caleb gained experience as a Clerk at American Renal Associates, where he reviewed and interpreted business contracts, analyzed the impact of contract provisions, and collaborated with the legal team to systematically organize agreements.
In addition to his legal background, Caleb served as a Business Development Manager at a SaaS startup group, where he educated industry leaders on the value of their innovative software platform, contributed to the development of its business model, and led the discussion on the need for comprehensive legal agreements for the licensing of the company’s software. Caleb also worked as a Licensing Associate at the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP), where he advised business owners on copyright law and the importance of public performance licensing.
Caleb now uses his experience in IP and technology to support the Data, Digital Assets & Technology team in assisting businesses in navigating licensing, intellectual property protection, and data privacy implicated by their use and development of technology.
