Biography

Caleb serves as an Associate within the Commercial Finance Practice Group. He joined Frost Brown Todd in 2024 after participating in the Firm’s Summer Associate program in 2023. During his Summer Associateship, he drafted commercial finance debt instruments in various financing structures, conducted due diligence in mergers & acquisitions, drafted research on domestic data security and data privacy compliance with European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adequacy decisions, and supported the firm’s Finance Industry Team.

Before joining the firm, Caleb served as a legal extern for Comerica Bank and as a legal intern for a Dallas private equity digital asset fund. He has experience in banking regulatory matters, commercial lending, and federal securities compliance.

Caleb earned his Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Business Administration: Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. During law school, Caleb served as the President for the JD/MBA Society. While completing his M.B.A., he led a consulting team that created a market entry strategy into the North American market for a hydrogen energy marketplace startup company based in Austin, Texas, and Singapore.

Outside of work, Caleb is deeply passionate about giving back to the community and using his profession to help the most vulnerable. During law school, he participated in the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic representing children in the foster care system as their Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem. He plans to stay actively involved in the community advocating for abused and neglected children.
