Caitlin is a litigator and her practice is focused on insurance coverage and bad faith claims and general tort claims. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Caitlin spent several years at a litigation boutique firm counseling and defending clients in complex and high-stakes litigation, with a particular focus in the insurance and auto industries. Caitlin has represented and defended clients through all stages of litigation.
Caitlin’s practice also includes business litigation, including commercial disputes, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and non-compete agreements. Caitlin has represented a wide variety of small, mid-size and large business clients, including new and emerging businesses. She has significant experience counseling and advising clients before a dispute arises, and she knows the value of being a path finder and problem solver before and after litigation is filed.
Outside of the office, Caitlin is a graduate of Leadership Columbus and volunteers her time with the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio. Caitlin also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether exploring Central Ohio’s bike paths and hiking trails, tailgating for The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, or playing in the backyard with her three sons.
