Biography

Bryan assists foreign and domestic clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and financing mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other business transactions. He also regularly advises clients in connection with general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan’s work experience included employment with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP (PwC) as a Certified Public Accountant.
